Shipping is sent via FedEx or USPS. Shipment speed depends on customer selection. FedEx 2Day, FedEx Overnight. Priority Express Shipping is 1-2 business days from the date of processing the order. Qualified free shipping packages typically take 2-3 business days from the date of processing the order. Orders of in-stock items are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekends and holidays will default to the next available business day for processing. All Orders received after 2:00PM ET will be processed the next business day.
For domestic shipping, we use Fed-Ex 2-Day shipping so you receive your order quickly and safely right to your door. Fed-Ex 2-Day shipping rate is $12 unless otherwise noted.
International orders will be shipped via DHL and shipping rates may vary based on location.
All orders over $200 qualify for free domestic ground shipping which takes 3-7 business day to arrive at your front door.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
John Medeiros is committed to producing quality, handcrafted jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept items for exchange or refund.
- Products purchased on JohnMedeiros.com cannot be exchanged in retail stores. Items will only be exchanged through the John Medeiros Jewelry Collections Company.
- Customer has 10 days to exchange the purchase from the date of signed receipt. The items must be in original packaging, with all tags still intact on the jewelry, packing slip, and boxes; must be authentic “JohnMedeiros.com” tags. Please do not send jewelry back that you purchased at a Retail Store, it will be returned back to you.
- Products purchased on JohnMedeiros.com cannot be returned to retail stores. Items will only be accepted for refund through the John Medeiros Jewelry Collections Company.
- Customer has 5 days to return the purchase for refund from the date of signed receipt. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. The items must be in original packaging, with all tags still intact on the jewelry, packing slip, and boxes; must be authentic “JohnMedeiros.com” tags. Please do not send jewelry back that you purchased at a Retail Store, it will be returned back to you.
- Online Gift Cards Purchased through www.JohnMedeiros.com are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If you are returning an item that was purchased during our free gift promotion, you must return the free gift to receive your refund. If your order still qualifies for a free gift with the item(s) being returned, you do not have to return the gift.
All sales on Retired, Closeout or Sale items are final. No returns.
How to Exchange or Return an Item
- Call Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at 1-800-491-2944, Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 4pm (EST).
- Exchanges or Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Write the RMA on the outside of the returns box. Send your return via FedEx or UPS Ground and respond to your RMA confirmation e-mail with the shipment date and tracking number.
- If approved for a store credit or refund, your request will be processed in 10 days. Refunds will be credited to the purchasing method of payment.
