Bookkeeper
Tahoe Jewelry Inc./ DBA John Medeiros Jewelry Collections is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing their accounting department and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate is independent, a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintaining General Ledger
- Enter journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end closing
- Inventory/ End of Year
Requirements:
- QuickBooks / Peachtree Software
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Minimum of Associates Degree
