Our Exchange Policy
Merchandise Exchange Only. Products purchased on JohnMedeiros.com can not be exchanged in retail stores. Items will only be exchanged through the John Medeiros Jewelry Collections Company.
Customer has 10 days to exchange the purchase from the date it was signed. The items must be in original packaging, with all tags still intact on the jewelry, packing slip, and boxes. Must be authentic “JohnMedeiros.com” tags. Please do not send jewelry back that you purchased at a Retail Store, it will be returned back to you.
How to Exchange an Item
We ship “in stock” merchandise via your choice of Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Priority Express (1-2 business days). If you order any merchandise that is not available, it will be noted on your packing list included with your order. All back orders that remain after original shipments are shipped standard ground service without any additional shipping/handling charges.
Shipping Charges are a flat rate of $10 for Priority Mail or $15 for Priority Express (US shipments only).
Receipt of Order:
Please inspect your package and all contents at time of receipt. Please check carefully, all claims for shortages must be made within 10 days after your order has been received. If box or contents are damaged during shipment, please see instructions under “Customer Care” on our web site.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
